How ConnectThai Works

ConnectThai is Thailand's freelance marketplace connecting clients with trusted service providers. We use an escrow system to protect both parties.

For Clients

    Choose from existing services or post your own job listing

    Review Proposals

    For posted jobs, review and approve provider applications

    Pay to Escrow

    Pay to ConnectThai escrow via checkout.gfavip.com

    Work Completed

    When satisfied, mark job complete to release funds

For Service Providers

    Create Gigs or Apply to Jobs

    Create fixed-price services or apply to client job listings

  2. 2
    Wait for Approval

    For job applications, wait for client to approve your proposal

  3. 3
    Verify Escrow Funds

    Confirm client has paid to ConnectThai escrow before starting

  4. 4
    Complete the Work

    Deliver the work and get paid when client marks complete

Platform Fee

ConnectThai charges a 15.0% platform fee from the service provider's side.

Example:

  • Job Price: ฿1,000 THB
  • Platform Fee (15.0%): ฿150 THB
  • Provider Receives: ฿850 THB

What is the Escrow System?

The escrow system means funds are held securely by ConnectThai until work is completed:

  • Client pays upfront to ConnectThai
  • Funds are held securely until work is delivered
  • Provider can see that payment has been made
  • When work is complete and approved, funds are released to provider

How Do Providers Get Paid?

  1. Job is marked complete by client
  2. GFAVIP admin verifies and approves fund release
  3. Funds (minus 15.0% fee) are transferred to provider's GFAVIP wallet
